low-key, compassionate, nice-looking, physically active and intelligent guy with a good sense of humor, a life-long interest in eastern spiritual philosophies, who takes good care of body, mind, and spirit, seeks similar female for shared spiritual practice, travel (when the covid situation allows it again), culture and performing arts enjoyment, and just finding joy in simple pleasures. I'm a mediocre golfer but love to play anyway (it's a very good way to practice mindfulness), love dogs (though I don't currently have one), and am a long-time Moody Blues fan :). I volunteer at an animal shelter and with a local arts organization. Retired audiologist.
