| Jeg vil beskrive meg selv som | There are no sanghas here in Southeast, Indiana. Thanks to the web I have been able to join a virtual one in Florida. We practice Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhism. I never heard of the word 'obscuration' but I sure know about it now! I like books that combine Buddhism with psychology. I am a retired mental health therapist. I guess it's my time to look at my own suffering instead of that of others. And that's a full-time job that doesn't define 'the golden years.' I am not looking for a clone of myself. I am looking for a man who is college educated, Has enough in common with me that we don't bore each other to death and enough differences that we always feel better after we have talked. I am looking for courtesy, respect, tolerance, and honesty, and I give the same. Oh, yeah, romance is good, too. I don't care for pets. I like animals. It's just that I was a single parent (after divorce) who raised 4 children alone praying for the days when they became independent in their bathroom habits. If you have a dog that you love I think it and I could come to terms eventually. .....cats? NO! See, I told you I would be honest. I am a quiet person. I love being outside, walking, hiking, and enjoying nature. I like to read and do my practices. I have a sense of humor that people politely laugh at, and I am addicted to Netflix. Oh, and I like romance. Surely you can tolerate some of this and add your own interests to my list so we don't bore ourselves to death and come up with a longer list that feeds both our souls.
