Unusually perceptive and enthusiastic about being true to myself and enjoying the practice of life. Buddhist philosophy, Eastern philosophy has always drawn me and attracted me on a fundamental level: the teaching and practice ring true so the path is easy to follow.For me, life is about discovering who I am, my True Self, and then sharing whatever authentic glimmers are there with the people in my life. Life, even a spiritual one, is an adventure, and adventures can be a lot of fun to share!Another passion is being healthy: healthy in all ways, the mind and spirit of course, and the body, our temple. I have mostly a vegetarian diet, practice and teach yoga (for many years). The outdoors is my practice room for physical fitness--and I do enjoy being active and fit immensely. Almost nothing better than breathing in fresh air and feeling your heart beat, knowing it is smiling whenever you exercise:-)Preparing and cooking delicious and wholesome foods is another pleasure. (My baking is heavenly).Tend to be reflective and love reading--an eclectic reader and thinker.
