I sing and teach voice lessons professionally, and as you might guess, am very into music. ;) I love being outdoors and camping, and generally experiencing new things. I enjoy meditating, reading dharma, and experiencing everyday life as meditation. I've been understanding the world through Theravadin eyes since 2001. I'm half extrovert and half introvert, so I have a lot of friends, I can be very animated and goofy, and enjoy being the center of attention at times, but I also enjoy being the quiet, observant one in the room. I love wit, intelligent humor, puns, but also complete randomness. I'm a bit of a nerd for language, especially foreign languages. I want to become an Alexander Technique teacher, hopefully within the next few years. I'm looking for someone who's grounded, content, and who I connect to well spiritually.

Different kinds of things! I like trying new things, so I love it when someone has an idea that I haven't thought of or tried. I like things that feel like adventures, especially exploring a State Park, or the Green Belt (in Austin), searching for random wineries in the middle of nowhere. Fun is mainly enjoying who I'm with and doing something we both enjoy. So a lot of times that's just having/making dinner, hanging out at someone's house or a local pub, seeing a movie, it's kind of whatever. But I do also like riding bikes, kayaking, camping, walking, seeing shows (music & theatre), trying new restaurants, going to wineries, museums, art, dancing, and traveling when I can.
